R.I.P. - Kelly Lancaster

I just found out that one of the most talented musicians I've ever had the privilege of meeting - KellyLancaster - passed away yesterday.

Kelly was a world-class mandolin player and I got the opportunity to meet him several times doing some work for the bluegrass band TayHoss. He was a great guy and I was constantly amazed at his talent.


Kelly will be missed.  Prayers to his bandmates, family and friends.

Suds, Scenes and Secretariat {Events}

Last fall I was blessed to be able to offer my services to photograph an event for a great organization called SIRE that uses horses as therapy for disabled people. I was truly moved that day and knew that I would love to shoot for them again. This past weekend, they asked me to attend and photograph a fund raiser auction event at the Alamo Drafthouse in Katy. The event was called Suds, Scenes and Secretariat. I really enjoyed working for and with such nice, nice people and look forward to working for them again in the future. Here are some highlights from the night:

Tyler and Kelsey Cox Marriage Story

Last month I worked with my friend and sometimes collaborator Clover Carroll at New Story Media (https://www.facebook.com/NewStoryMedia) to shoot video and photographs at the wedding of two beautiful, Godly young adults - Tyler and Kelsey. Clover just finished editing the video together, and it looks great!
